Cancellazione dei dati
Puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento la cancellazione dei dati che l'applicazione Social CGiora conserva sul tuo account.
Come fare
- Scrivi a privacy@cgiora.it con oggetto Richiesta cancellazione dati, indicando il nome dell'account o della Pagina collegata.
- Se vuoi, revoca anche l'accesso dal tuo account:
- Facebook: Impostazioni e privacy → Impostazioni → Integrazioni business, rimuovi l'app.
- Instagram: Impostazioni → Sito web e app, rimuovi l'app.
- TikTok: Impostazioni e privacy → Sicurezza → App e servizi, rimuovi l'app.
Ricevuta la richiesta, cancelliamo token di accesso, contenuti e statistiche collegati al tuo account entro 30 giorni e ti confermiamo l'avvenuta cancellazione via email.

Data deletion
You can ask at any time for deletion of the data the Social CGiora application stores about your account.
How to request it
- Email privacy@cgiora.it with the subject Data deletion request, stating the name of the connected account or Page.
- Optionally, revoke access from your account:
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, remove the app.
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions / Apps and websites, remove the app.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services, remove the app.
Once we receive the request, we delete access tokens, content and insights linked to your account within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.
